THEIA is a Discord bot and server for trading card collectors in Australia. This page covers what the bot keeps and why.
What THEIA stores
- Your Discord user ID, linked to your game data: orbs, cards and binder, graded cards, packs opened, levels and message counts, daily missions, trades, duels and pack battle results.
- Alert settings you choose (games, state, stores) as Discord roles, and any
/notifyphrases you add. - In THEIA's own server only: shelf reports you post in #in-store (the text and photos, reposted by the bot), votes on reports, moderation records, and which invite link a new member joined through.
THEIA does not store other message content. It reads messages only to respond to commands, count activity for levels, and handle #in-store reports.
Where it lives and who sees it
Data is kept on THEIA's server (hosted on Railway) and isn't sold or shared. Your cards, levels and orbs are visible to other players through the game's commands and leaderboards.
Deleting your data
Ask the staff in the THEIA Discord server (join here) and we'll delete your game data. Removing THEIA from a server stops it reading that server.
